Please ensure that you read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions prior to placing your
order with us.

Please remember always include the personal details and item details with Internest Banking, Cheque or Monry Order. Otherwise delay will be caused, because of unclear payment without reference and communication.

• Products are shipped direct from JTM-AUTO warehouse by either Australia post, couriers please and TNT
• All deliveries are completely insured
• We will provide online tracking number to customer once we successful sent the products. Customer can track their parcels at www.couriersplease.com.au, www.auspost.com.au, www.tntexpress.com.au
• Demestic orders can take 3-7 business days depending on location.
  

• If a courier is used to deliever the product(such as couriers please), you are required to check the product for damage when delivered. If damage has occured in shipping then you must refuse to sign for the parcel. If you don't do do this forfeit any insurance claim.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after date of invoice.
• Return: You must return the product as new so that it can be resold as a new item. If the item is not as new when we receive it we will send it back to you and you will be responsible to paying the return before we send the product back.
• Exchange: You may responsible for return shipping in original package seller will replace and ship back free of charge.

• All products are GST inclusive.
