Delivery & Return
- All items will be dispatched within 48 hours until payment cleared.
- Only deliver item inside Australia.
- Orders will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse directly.
- Most parcels can be delivered within 1-7 working days. Rural in WA, NT can take more than 10 working days. Does NOT factor in weekends and local public holidays.
- All tracking numbers are provided once leaving our store. (can be done by checking order details)
- We use the following transport carriers:

- Hunter Express
- We are not directly liable for any loss or damages on non-insured shipments.
- We provide FREE POSTAGE and FLAT RATE POSTAGE to 99% areas in Australia-wide. However some faraway areas may not eligible. Seller will contact buyer if the item need extra shipping cost.
- We accept within 14 days if buyer purchased the item and wants a refund or Exchange.
- Returned item must be its original package and brand new condition.
- All returns must be approved by our customer service, we will arrange replacement/spare parts or accept your return request.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- Every return item will be charged 10% restocking fee of the item purchased price.
- Or if it is FREE postage listing, a restocking fee of 20% of the item purchase will be charged.
- Parts are covered with a 12 month warranty provided by the manufacturer and applies to all parts sold, unless otherwise stated at the time in the listing description. Buyer are responsible for the both way shipping fees to exchange product.
