DELIVERY

All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearance.

Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

Most parcels are delivered within 1 to 7 working days. However, deliveries to rural areas in Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT) may take more than 10 working days.

Please note that weekends and local public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Please be aware that we are not directly liable for any loss or damages incurred on non-insured shipments.

We provide the option for nearest depot collection. If you believe the shipping cost is excessive, please reach out to us for depot details.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days if the buyer purchased the item and wishes to receive a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new condition.

All returns must be approved by our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement, spare parts, or accept your return request.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For listings with free shipping, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's purchase price will be charged.

Parts are covered by a 12-month warranty provided by the manufacturer, which applies to all parts sold unless otherwise stated in the listing description.
